Refunds at BabyDay

We want you to be satisfied with BabyDay. Please read our refund policy below.

1. Free Plan

We offer a free tier so you can try the service before committing.

2. Paid Plans

  • Monthly Plans: Refunds will not be issued for partial months after billing.
  • Annual Plans: If you cancel within the first 7 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refund Requests: Must be made via billing@babyday.co and include your account email and reason for cancellation.

3. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse, repeated refunds, or violation of our Terms of Service.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel anytime via your dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
